Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 2024

BLACKOUT is a threat intelligence platform that scans websites for tracking vendors. We built this to expose surveillance practices — we're not about to engage in the same behavior.

$TL;DR

We collect your work email to send reports. We scan public websites. We don't track you, sell your data, or build profiles on you.

ZERO trackers on this site. We use Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics. No GA. No Meta Pixel. No session replay. Practice what you preach.
